Following GlaxoSmithKline`s acquisition of an equity stake in Aspen, Abbas
Hussain has been appointed to Aspen`s Board with effect from 7 December 2009.
Abbas is GlaxoSmithKline`s President: Emerging Markets. His extensive
international pharmaceutical expertise will add value to the Aspen Group.
