CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of The Don hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Carel
van Zyl has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the
company with effect from 26 November 2009.
Mr Carel van Zyl is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been involved in a
number of property and casino companies for many years. He has held various
senior positions including financial director of Group Five Properties, CEO
designate of Emperors Casino and CEO of Amabubesi Properties.
