Subject to the completed scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash and stock
acquisition of TWP Holdings (South Africa, constituent) by Basil Read Holdings
(South Africa, constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE and
the JSE announces the following changes:
Please Note: Due to the nature of this scheme of arrangement, TWP will no longer
be added to the FTSE/JSE Shariah All Share Index (J143) as previously indicated
in the FTSE/JSE December 2009 Annual Review ICA.
