CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
The board of directors of Grindrod Limited are pleased to announce the
appointment of Messrs Mkhuseli Faku, Michael Hankinson and Sandile
Zungu as independent non-executive directors, with effect from 15
December 2009. This has improved the balance of the board between
executive and non executive directors with the majority of non-
executives now being independent.
