CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Dr Bacher, the non-executive Chairman of
the Group, will relinquish his Chairmanship and directorship of Stella Vista
Technologies Limited at the end of December 2009.
Dr Bacher will, however, there after continue to assist Stella Vista
Technologies in selling their products both locally and internationally. The
board wishes to thank both Dr Bacher for his valuable contribution to the Group.
