CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr. AN Kendal and Mr. AS Boynton-Lee have resigned
as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 14 December 2009.
The CEO, Mr. Derek Tod, thanked Mr. Kendal and Mr. Boynton-Lee for their
contributions to the Company and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
