POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Netcare`s audited group results for the year ended 30 September 2009,
released on SENS on Monday, 23 November 2009, shareholders are advised that the
annual report will be posted on or about 23 December 2009. The annual report
contains no modifications to the aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Netcare will be held at 12:00 on
Friday, 29 January 2010 at 76 Maude Street, Sandton, 2196, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual report.
