NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
Notice is hereby given that an interim cash dividend of 4 cents per share ("the
dividend") has been declared payable to shareholders recorded in the share
register of the Company at the close of business on Friday 15 January 2010.
Shareholders attention is drawn to the following important dates:
2010
Last day to trade "cum" the cash Friday, 8 January
dividend ("LDT"):
Date trading commences "ex" the cash Monday, 11 January
dividend
Record date for payment of the cash Friday, 15 January
dividend:
Date of payment of cash dividend Monday, 18 January
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,
11 January 2010 and Friday, 15 January 2010, both dates inclusive. Any changes
in the above dates will be announced on SENS.
