Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2009 were distributed to shareholders on 23 November 2009 and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 28
September 2009. The annual financial statements have also been made available
online on the IFA website and can be viewed at www.ifahotelsresorts.com. The
annual financial statements were audited by IFA`s auditors, BDO Spencer Steward
Inc. Their report is available for inspection at the company`s registered
office.
Results of AGM
Shareholders are advised that all of the resolutions tabled at the AGM on
Tuesday, 15 December 2009, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders. The special resolutions will be lodged with the CIPRO for
registration as soon as is possible.
