No Change Statement and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2009 annual report, containing
the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2009, has
been posted to shareholders on 18 December 2009 and contains no modifications
to the abridged audited results which were released on SENS on 24 November
2009. The Company`s auditors, Ernst & Young Inc, have audited the annual
financial statements and their unqualified report is available for inspection
at the Company`s registered office. The annual report will be available on
the Company`s website www.adcock.co.za from 21 December 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held on Wednesday, 3 February 2010 at 14:00 at the Company`s premises at 1
New Road, Midrand, Gauteng, to transact the business as stated in the notice
of the annual general meeting.
