RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at today`s annual general meeting of Sentula
("meeting") convened in terms of the notice of annual general meeting
contained in the 2009 Annual Report ("notice") and revised in the SENS
announcement dated 23 November 2009 informing shareholders of the change of
date of the meeting to Friday, 18 December 2009 and the proposed amendments
to ordinary resolutions number 1 and number 2, all the resolutions set out
in the notice and proposed at the meeting were passed by the requisite
majority of shareholders, with the exception of ordinary resolution number
1, "Control of authorised but unissued ordinary shares" and ordinary
resolution number 2, "Approval to issue ordinary shares, and to sell
treasury shares, for cash".
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies
and Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
