TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will be more than 20%
different from those of the previous comparable period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the headline loss per share and
earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be
between 15% and 25% higher and between 90% and 110% higher respectively, than
those as previously published for the six months ended 31 August 2008.
The information in this trading statement has been prepared in accordance with
the International Financial Reporting Standards and has not been reviewed or
reported on by Thabex`s auditors.
The Group`s results for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be
released on SENS on or about 22 December 2009.
