NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2009 Annual Report containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2009 was posted to
shareholders on 21 December 2009 and contains no modifications to the audited
preliminary results which were published on 11 November 2009. The annual
financial statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche and their report is
available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
The one hundred and fourteenth annual general meeting of PPC will be held in the
Umkombe Room, Hilton Hotel, 138 Rivonia Road, Sandton, on Monday 25 January 2010
at 12:00 for the purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice of
Annual General Meeting contained in the 2009 Annual Report.
