RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

the board of directors announces the resignation of Mr Ragavan ("Ragi") Moonsamy
from the board of Pinnacle with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors of Pinnacle would like to thank Mr Moonsamy for his
valuable contribution to the company.
