RESULTS OF VOLUNTARY OFFER TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS OF TOP FIX HOLDINGS LIMITED
("Top Fix")
Shareholders are referred to the SENS and press announcements on 26 November
2009, and the circular sent to the shareholders of Topfix ("the Topfix
shareholders") on 26 November 2009, in terms whereof a voluntary offer was
made to all Top Fix shareholders to acquire Top Fix ordinary shares from
Topfix shareholders ("the Offer").
Paladin wishes to announce that the Offer has been successfully concluded
and Paladin has increased its shareholding to 28.2% in the issued ordinary
share capital of Top Fix.
