Alan Fourie has indicated his intention to retire as Chief Executive Officer of
Hulamin during 2010.The process to appoint a successor has commenced under the
auspices of the remuneration and nomination committee of the Board and will
incorporate a suitable transitional period.
The date of Alan Fourie`s retirement and the appointment of his successor will
be announced in due course.
