NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders are advised that a notice convening a general meeting was
issued on Friday, 18 December 2009, by certain members of the company in terms
of section 181(3) of the Companies Act, 1973 (Act 61 of 1973) ("the Act"). The
general meeting was requisitioned in terms of Sections 181 and 220 of the Act
for the purposes of removing all of the directors, with the exception of Mr
JF du Toit, from office and if successful, appointing three new directors in
their stead.
Such general meeting will be held at 10:00 on Tuesday, 19 January 2010 at 1st
Floor, Ou Kollege, 35 Kerk Street, Stellenbosch, 7600,
Durban
