Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2009 annual report, containing the
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2009, has been
posted to shareholders on 22 December 2009 and contains no modifications to the
reviewed preliminary results which were released on SENS on 10 November 2009.
The Company`s auditors, KPMG Young Inc, have audited the annual financial
statements and their unqualified report is available for inspection at the
Company`s registered office. The annual report is available on the Company`s
website www.coronation.com.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be
held on Thursday, 21 January 2010 at 10:00 at the Company`s premises at 7th
Floor, MontClare Place, Corner Campground and Main Roads, Claremont, Cape Town,
to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
