ADVERSE AUDIT OPINION ON ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the abovementioned
company`s annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2009 contains
an adverse audit opinion. Shareholders are advised to refer to the annual
financial statements to ascertain the exact nature of the adverse opinion.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system has been
annotated with an "A" to indicate the adverse audit opinion. This annotation
will be removed when the company`s auditors` report no longer contains an
adverse audit opinion.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
