FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INCREASE IN SHAREHOLDING BY THE DALE GROUP OF
COMPANIES AND ASSOCIATED DEALINGS IN SECURITIES
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 31 August 2009
wherein it was advised that Dale Capital Holdings SA (Pty) Ltd ("Dale
Capital") and Dale Leisure Holdings (Pty) Ltd, South African based
subsidiaries of Stock Exchange of Mauritius listed TFG Limited ("TFG") and
its associated company Dale Global Holdings Limited would acquire an
additional 345 million existing shares in Queensgate from Queensgate Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited ("QH"), the controlling shareholder of Queensgate, at
15 cents per share, amounting to R51 750 000. The above transaction was
subject to the approval of the South African Reserve Bank.
Shareholders are advised that South African Reserve Bank approval was not
granted and therefore the sale and exchange of shares will no longer proceed.
