DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2009
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited) and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix 40 securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2009. This
distribution will:
Be an amount of 4,72 cents (R0.0472) per Satrix 40 security;
Be constituted by:
- 4,29 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0,43 cents in respect of other income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix 40 securities recorded in the register on
Thursday, 31 December 2009; and
Be effected on 7 January 2010.
