RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING - DISPOSAL OF BUSINESSES
Shareholders are referred to the circular to AGI shareholders dated 10 December
2009 relating to the disposal by the company of the underlying business of AGI
Solutions (Pty) Ltd referred to as the Sheerline business ("Sheerline") and
African Glass International Holdings Incorporated ("the disposals") and are
advised that at a general meeting of AGI shareholders held today, all the
resolutions relating to the disposals were approved by the requisite majority of
AGI shareholders.
All the conditions precedent in terms of the disposals have been met with the
exception of the approval of the Sheerline disposal by the Competition
Authorities.
