Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2009 Annual Report containing
the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2009, will
be posted to shareholders today, Wednesday, 30 December 2009. The annual
financial statements, contains no change from the results which were
published on Tuesday, the 24 November 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the shareholders
of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 16 February 2010 at 14h00 at 3010
William Nicol Drive, Bryanston, 2021 for the purpose of transacting the
business as stated in the Notice of the annual general meeting, which will
be posted together with the 2009 Annual Report.
