The annual report will be posted to shareholders in early January 2010.
Shareholders are reminded that the date of the Annual General Meeting is
Wednesday, 27 January 2010. The meeting will be held at 10h00 at the registered
office of the company at Arcay House II, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown,
Johannesburg.
