American Tobacco Employee Share Ownership Plan that on 6 January 2010 the
following executive directors and other persons discharging managerial

25p each in British American Tobacco p.l.c. (the "Shares") by way of the
Partnership Share Scheme at a price of 2027.50 pence per Share.
