CHANGE OF FINANCIAL YEAR-END
Shareholders of Myriad are advised that the company has changed its financial
year-end from 31 May to 31 December. This change will commence with the
financial year ended 31 December 2009.
As a result of the change of the financial year-end, Myriad will publish
interim results for the 6 month period ended 30 November 2009, audited
results for the 7 month period ended 31 December 2009 and thereafter interim
results for each 6 month period ending 30 June (the first of which shall be
in respect of the 6 month period ending 30 June 2010) and audited results for
each 12 month period ending 31 December (the first of which shall be in
respect of the 12 month period ending 31 December 2010).
