CHANGE IN BOARD MEMBERSHIP
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements, the a.b.e. board
wishes to announce the resignation of SP Stacey ("Stan") as chief executive
officer and board member to a.b.e. with effect from 31 January 2009. The a.b.e.
board wish to thank Stan for his valued contributions and bid him well in his
future endeavours. An announcement regarding a successor will be made in due
course.
