Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 28 April 2009, 25 May 2009,
25 June 2009, 24 August 2009 and 11 January 2010 respectively, released by The
Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") and the announcements released on SENS dated 30
April 2009, 11 June 2009, 24 July 2009, 04 September 2009, 16 October 2009 and
27 November 2009, respectively, relating to the Company meeting the continued
listing requirements of the TSX.
The company is pleased to announce that further to the TSX Bulletin 2009-1577
dated November 27, 2009, the TSX has completed its review of the common shares
of the Company (Symbol: BCD) and has determined that it meets the TSX`s
continued listing requirements."
Accordingly, this cautionary is now withdrawn and caution is no longer required
to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the Company`s securities.
RENEWAL
Further to the cautionary announcement issued on 6 November 2009 and 11 December
2009 respectively shareholders are advised that negotiations are ongoing and
that they should continue to exercise caution when dealing in their securities
until a further announcement is made.
