Further to the cautionary announcement dated 10 November 2009, shareholders are
advised that the Company is still involved in negotiations which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the
Company`s shares are traded on the JSE Limited.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s shares until a further announcement is made.
