DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a distribution will be made
to holders of PropTrax SAPY securities in respect of the quarter ended 31
December 2009.
This distribution will:
- be in an amount of 29.44 cents per PropTrax SAPY security, constituted as
follows:
- 21.97 cents in respect of dividends;
- 0.17 cents in respect of interest; and
- 7.30 cents in respect of other income, including manufactured
dividends;
- be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY Securities who were recorded in the
register on 24 December 2009; and
- be effected on 18 January 2010.
