30 September 2009 were dispatched to shareholders on 29 December 2009 and
contained no material modifications to the reviewed results, which were
published on 24 November 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of UCS
will be held on the 20th Floor, 209 Smit Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg on
Friday, 22 January 2010 at 10h00 to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the Annual Report.
