RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the sixth annual general meeting of the shareholders of the company held
today, 14 January 2010 ("the AGM"), the requisite majority of shareholders
approved all the ordinary and special resolutions as proposed at the AGM.
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
