CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of KCM hereby notifies its shareholders that Koos
Pieterse has tendered his resignation as CFO with effect from the close of
business Friday, 29 January 2010. Pieterse has resigned to take up a senior
position in the communications industry.
Pieterse will remain a non-executive director and a member of the Board until
the next AGM.
The Board will make an announcement concerning a replacement shortly.
