NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on
Monday, 21 December 2009, of the Company`s Provisional Summarised Audited Group
Results for the year ended 28 February 2009, Thabex advises that its 2009 Annual
Report, which incorporates the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the
period, will be dispatched to shareholders today, 15 January 2010 and contains
no modifications from the aforementioned SENS announcement.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Thabex will be held at
Ground Floor, Kiepersol House, Stonemill Office Park, 300 Acacia Road,
Darrenwood, Randburg, 2194 on Wednesday, 10 February 2010 at 10:00, to transact
the business as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting which forms a
part of the Annual Report of the Company.
