FIRST URANIUM MISTAKENLY NAMED IN UNION ALLEGATIONS
Toronto and Johannesburg - First Uranium Corporation (TSX:FIU, JSE:FUM)
(ISIN:CA33744R1029) ("First Uranium" or "the Company") today has clarified that
a news release issued by the UASA trade union in South Africa mistakenly named
First Uranium in allegations that mine workers were being prohibited from taking
food and liquids underground.
The allegations do not apply to First Uranium and were directed at another
company.
The UASA has issued an apology and a news release to correct this mistake.
