Shareholders are advised that, with the exception of ordinary resolution
numbers 2.2.2, 2.2.4, 5.1 and 5.2 which were withdrawn, all of the ordinary
resolutions proposed at the AGM of AGI held on Friday, 15 January 2010, were
approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
