RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the general meeting of shareholders held on 15
January 2010, specials resolution 1 and 2 as well as ordinary resolutions 1 and
2 proposed thereat, approving the addendum and variation agreement entered
between Iliad and the BEE Consortium, were not passed by the requisite votes.
