The board of Alert Steel advises that, at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders held on 15 January 2010, the resolutions as set out in the
notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s 2009 Annual
Report, other than the general authorities pertaining to the issue of shares
for cash and the repurchase of the company`s shares, were duly approved by
the requisite majority.
