APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Telemasters is pleased to announce the
appointment of Ms Nolene Owen as Financial Director with immediate effect.
Mr Brandon Topham`s role will change with immediate effect from Financial
Director to Non-Executive Director.
A brief curriculum vitae is set out below:
Nolene is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a B Com Law degree. She
completed her articles with Deloitte & Touche in 2001 and remained with
Deloitte & Touche Forensic Services until March 2003.
In April 2003 she joined BMW SA where she was responsible for the Financial
Accounting for the BMW local market and for the implementation of various
cost control methodologies.
In December 2005, Nolene joined Acc-Ross Holdings Ltd, a property development
company listed on the Alt-X, as Financial Director where she was responsible
for the full financial function. She has numerous other qualifications. She
completed the Alt-X Directors Programme in October 2006 through the Faculty
of Commerce, Law & Management at the University of the Witwatersrand
Johannesburg, Graduate School of Business Administration, as underwritten by
the JSE, Institute of Directors and the Department of Trade and Industry.
She also holds a certificate in Crime Intelligence from the Technicon
Pretoria.
The board welcomes Nolene and looks forward to the contribution she will make
to the company.
