WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 11
November 2009 and 4 January 2010 and are hereby advised that negotiations have
been terminated. As a result, caution is no longer required to be exercised by
shareholders when dealing in their Calgro shares.
