RESULTS OF THE OFFER TO MYRIAD SHAREHOLDERS
Myriad shareholders are referred to the circular dated 18 December 2009
containing details of the mandatory offer to Myriad shareholders to acquire
their ordinary shares in Myriad for a purchase consideration of 85 cents per
share ("the offer").
The offer closed on Friday, 15 January 2010 and acceptances in respect of
1,382,580 shares, comprising 0.72% of the issued share capital of the company,
were received.
