CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of AGI wishes to announce that Ms Jackie Martingano and Mr Hugh Brown, having
retired by rotation in terms of AGI`s Articles of Association ("Articles"),
withdrew their candidature for re-election to the board at the Annual General
Meeting of the company ("AGM") held on Friday, 15 January 2010. Accordingly
their membership of the board ceased at the AGM.
Subsequent to the AGM, the board requested Mr Brown to reconsider his position.
This he did and the board unanimously reappointed him as a non-executive
director, subject to confirmation in terms of the company`s Articles at the next
AGM.
The board wishes to record its thanks and appreciation to Ms Martingano for her
services to the company.
