Shareholders referred to the cautionary announcements published on 1 October
and 3 December 2009 respectively and are advised that the discussions referred
to there in are still in process and, if successfully concluded, may have a
material effect on the price at which the company`s shares trade on the JSE
Limited.
Shareholders are advised to therefore continue to exercise caution when dealing
in their Intertrading shares until a full announcement is made.
