REINSTATEMENT OF LISTING
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 1 July 2009 regarding the
suspension of the listing of the Company due to the delay in the publication of
the provisional report of the Company.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company`s listing has been reinstated
from commencement of trade today, 19 January 2010, as the Company has complied
with the publication of the provisional and interim reports and the annual
report of the Company was posted to shareholders on Friday, 15 January 2010.
As advised in the Abridged Results SENS announcement of 21 December 2009, the
Group annual financial statements have been audited by KPMG Inc. and contain a
modified audit opinion in respect of the going concern assumption.
The board have however considered the ability of the Company and its
subsidiaries to continue as going concerns and based on reasonable and
supportable assumptions, have concluded that the forecast levels of production
and the future benefits of the continuing prospecting operations of Angel
Diamonds (Pty) Limited, a subsidiary, will produce sufficient cash flows to
allow the Company and its subsidiaries to meet their obligations in the normal
course of business for the foreseeable future.
