CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to the announcement of 1 September 2009 (in which shareholders were
advised that Pauline Goetsch had indicated to the board her intention to step
down before the end of the current financial year), shareholders are further
advised that:
- Rob Katz (44) has been appointed as a director and Chief Financial
Officer of the Peregrine group, which appointment will be effective on 1
March 2010;
- Pauline Goetsch will cease to be an executive director on 28 February
2010 but will remain as a non executive director of the company.
Rob was previously employed at Standard Bank in various senior executive
positions including Global Chief Financial Officer for Personal and Business
Banking, Managing Director of the Wealth Division and most recently Managing
Director of Standard Bank Home Loans. Before joining the bank Rob served as
Group Financial Director of Educor Limited. He holds an MComm degree and is a
CA (SA), having served articles at Ernst & Young.
