PRINT ERROR IN OCEANA ANNUAL REPORT 2009: PAGES 82 & 90
Shareholders are advised of a print error on pages 82 and 90 of the Oceana
Annual Report 2009 that was mailed to shareholders on 18 December 2009.
The proof date and number that appear in the header on pages 82 and 90 of the
report is a print error and should not have appeared. These pages are as
approved by the Oceana Board as part of the Annual Financial Statements.
