DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Chainprops 26
(Proprietary) Limited ("Chainprops") purchased 1000 000 Octodec linked units at
a price of R13.40 per linked unit with a total value of R13 400 000 on 20
January 2010.
Octodec`s directors, Sharon Wapnick and Jeffrey Wapnick indirectly beneficially
each hold 31.7% of the share capital in Chainprops, while Alec Wapnick
indirectly non beneficially hold the remaining 36.6%. Clearance to deal was
received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
