CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, holders of Bips Top 40 securities are notified that Yusuf Wadee has
been appointed as an executive director of Bips Investment Managers (Pty)
Limited ("Bips Manco") with effect from 22 January 2010, subject to FSB
approval. Furthermore, Charl Cloete has resigned as a director of Bips Manco
with effect from 22 January 2010.
