CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements in
respect of a change to the board of directors, Sycom unitholders are advised
that Mr Gerald Nelson has resigned as independent non-executive director of
Sycom Property Fund Managers Limited, the management company of Sycom, with
immediate effect.
The board of directors extends its sincere thanks to Gerald for his contribution
to Sycom over the last 13 years.
