DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Tomnef
Investments (Proprietary) Limited ("Tomnef") purchased 5 137 Premium linked
units at a price of R12.20 per linked unit, with a total value of R62 671.40 on
21 January 2010.
Alec Wapnick, Premium`s chairman, has an indirect non-beneficial holding of
33.4% in the share capital of Tomnef. Non-Executive director Sharon Wapnick and
managing director Jeffery Wapnick have indirect non-beneficial holdings of 33.3%
each in the share capital of Tomnef. Clearance to deal was received in terms of
paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
